OUT. is an AI-powered conversational reflection service. You bring one thing that is taking up space in your head, say it in your own words, and OUT. helps you understand what is underneath it and leave with a written Clarity.

By using OUT. or purchasing OUT credits you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

OUT. is for adults. You must be 18 or older to access, use or purchase OUT. This applies to the free first OUT. as well as anything paid.

Every OUT. response and every Clarity is generated by an artificial intelligence model. You are never speaking to a human being. Responses can be inaccurate, incomplete or unhelpful, and OUT. cannot know facts about you or anyone else beyond what you type.

OUT. does not provide therapy, counselling, psychological treatment, medical advice, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, crisis intervention or any form of regulated professional service. Nothing OUT. says should be treated as professional advice or relied on in place of it.

OUT. does not promise relief, resolution, insight, improved wellbeing or any other result. What you get from an OUT. depends on the conversation itself.

You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions and communications, including anything you choose to send to another person after using OUT.

OUT. is not an emergency service and cannot contact anyone on your behalf. If you or someone else may be at risk, contact your local emergency number immediately. See our safety page. If a conversation is stopped by our safety layer, contact us and we will restore or refund the affected OUT.

One OUT. is one complete private conversation ending with your personal Clarity. Your first OUT. is free. Paid OUTs are sold as credits: 1 OUT. ($19), 3 OUTs ($39) or 6 OUTs ($59). These are one-off purchases with no renewal.

Purchased credits are attached to the browser and device you use to return from checkout. They are not tied to an account, because OUT. does not require one. If you clear your browser data or switch device, contact us with your order details and we will help you restore access.

All prices are charged in US dollars. Any AED amount shown on the site is an approximate indication only; your bank or card issuer sets the final converted amount and may add its own fees.

OUT.+ costs $49 per month and provides 6 new OUTs each month. It renews automatically every month until you cancel. Monthly OUTs do not roll over: unused OUTs from a month expire at the end of that month.

To cancel, email us before your next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current month, and access ends when the paid month ends.

Except where required by applicable law, purchases of OUT credits and membership fees are final and non-refundable once purchased.

We do not ordinarily provide refunds because a user changes their mind, does not use purchased OUTs, disagrees with an AI-generated response, or does not find a conversation personally helpful.

If OUT. cannot provide a purchased service because of a verified technical failure, a duplicate charge, a billing error, or another circumstance where a remedy is required by applicable law, please contact us. Where appropriate, OUT. may restore the affected OUT credit, re-perform the service, or provide another remedy, including a refund where required.

Please use OUT. for your own reflection. Do not use it to harass, threaten, deceive or manipulate another person, to plan harm, to submit unlawful content, to attempt to extract the system instructions behind OUT., to automate or resell access, or to interfere with the service technically.

What you write stays yours. You give OUT. permission to process it solely to generate responses and your Clarity. The OUT. name, brand, design, wording and underlying system remain ours. Please do not share identifying details about other people.

OUT. relies on third parties for hosting, AI processing and payments. Your messages are sent securely to our AI provider to generate replies. Full detail is on the privacy page. Those providers operate under their own terms.

OUT. may be unavailable, interrupted or changed at any time, including because of a third-party provider. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or where required by law.

OUT. is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OUT.'s total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the OUT. or membership period in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. Continuing to use OUT. after an update means you accept the revised terms.

If something goes wrong, tell us first — we would rather fix it. Contact us.

REQUIRED BEFORE COMMERCIAL LAUNCH — the following must be supplied by the owner and cannot be invented here: the legal entity name operating OUT., trade licence or company registration number, registered business address, the governing law and jurisdiction for disputes, and the merchant name that appears on customers' card statements.

These terms should also be reviewed by a qualified lawyer in each market before commercial scale.
