You're telling us real things. Here's what happens to them.

You do not create an account to use OUT. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number to start a session.

What exists: the text you type during a session, the mode you chose, basic product events (a page was viewed, a session was started, a Clarity was generated) and, if you buy a session, the order details held by our external checkout provider.

Your conversation is kept in your own browser's local storage on the device you are using, so you can continue a session after paying. It is not saved to an OUT. account or database, and no one at OUT. can browse your conversations.

Clearing your browser data, or pressing “I'm done for now” at the end of a session, removes it from your device.

To reply to you, the text of your session is sent from our server to an AI model provider (Google Gemini, accessed through the Lovable AI Gateway). It is processed to generate a response and to write your Clarity. We do not use your conversation to train models, and we do not send it to advertising platforms or analytics tools.

Providers keep short-term operational logs of API requests under their own policies. We cannot promise that a message you send disappears everywhere the instant you send it.

On your device: until you end the session or clear your browser data. In provider logs: per those providers' retention periods, typically a short operational window. Order records with the checkout provider: as long as required for accounting and refunds.

Hosting and server functions: Lovable. AI processing: Lovable AI Gateway with Google Gemini. Payments: our external checkout provider (Stan Store), which handles card details — OUT. never sees them.

You can delete your conversation yourself at any time by ending the session or clearing your browser data. For anything connected to an order, email us and we will delete what we hold. We aim to confirm deletion requests within 30 days.

We will not tell you OUT. is “100% anonymous”, “end-to-end encrypted” or that nothing is ever stored. Your words travel over the internet to an AI provider in order to get a reply. Please don't share information you would be harmed by seeing outside this screen — for example full names, account numbers or identifying details of others.

OUT. is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and OUT. should not be accessed or used by them.
